Do you service residential equipment?
We specialise exclusively in commercial kitchen equipment. For residential appliances, we recommend engaging a licensed domestic electrician or gas fitter.

What equipment can be serviced in your workshop?
If your equipment can be safely transported, we can assess and repair it in our workshop. This includes items such as vacuum sealers, commercial blenders, slicers, blixers, and microwaves. Larger items like Combi Ovens, Planetary Mixers, Pizza Ovens, etc, are also able to be repaired in house.

How much notice is required for installation bookings?
We recommend providing at least two weeks’ notice to allow proper scheduling of technicians and ensure adequate time is allocated for your installation.

How long do parts take to arrive?
Lead times vary depending on the supplier and part availability. Our team will provide updated ETAs once parts have been ordered.

How long does descaling take for equipment like ovens or dishwashers?
Descaling typically requires the solution to sit within the unit for approximately 2–3 hours to ensure effective results.

Should equipment be turned off before a technician arrives?
Yes. All equipment should be switched off prior to our arrival to allow it to cool down safely, unless advised otherwise by our team.
